For a father-child test, it wasn't the fastest turnaround, but I was contacted within the expected results timeframe. It felt long when a weekend was in between.

I received a positive result.

I received the results email around 2 PM, and it would be nice to know roughly what time the email will be sent.
Also, if not sent by express mail, the return shipping took about 5 days, so I think anyone getting tested from now on should choose express mail.
