[Prenatal DNA Test] I Chose This Service Because of Its Good Reviews (2023.05.20)

Thank you very much for your support up through the reporting of the results. I would like to answer the questionnaire.


1. Why I chose seeDNA
When I searched online and compared it with other companies, seeDNA's website explained things in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
I chose this service because of its good reviews.

2. Customer service
Even though I requested a change to the sample after applying, by email, the staff handled it very courteously.

3. Testing fee
Since I chose a sample type other than oral epithelial cells, the price ended up being a bit higher.
That said, even compared to other companies, I think the price is reasonable.

4. Turnaround time
Because the Golden Week holidays fell in between, it took three weeks from mailing the sample to receiving the results.
It couldn't be helped due to the holidays, but I would be glad if the results could come a little faster.

5. Test results
I am satisfied, as the results came out the way I had hoped.
It is certainly not a cheap test, but I have no regrets about having it done.
