1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
The information online was solid and reassuring.
The YouTube explanations, the number of sample types, success rates, etc.

2. Customer service
I asked several questions by email, and the replies were quick and easy to understand, so I felt no stress.
I originally applied using "nails" as the sample, but when I asked to change it to "chopsticks,"
they handled it flexibly, and I felt no stress at all.

3. Testing fee
Since I requested samples other than oral epithelial cells, an additional fee of 33,000 yen per case was incurred, and with two cases
the total cost came to about 100,000 yen. Honestly, it would help if it were a bit cheaper.

4. Testing speed
I haven't compared it with other services, but I felt it was extremely fast.

5. Result report
I have not yet received the paper certificate, but having the same report provided electronically in advance was very helpful.

6. Other comments
I felt that when a child is born, the government should, without exception, either require or actively encourage the use of such testing.
