가격만 놓고보면 비싸지만 한국에서 할 수 없는 검사를 하는데에 있어서 합리적이라 생각합니다

이 점이 제일 아쉬웠는데, 저는 스피드 검사를 신청하였지만 운 나쁘게 일본 공휴일이 끼는바람에 딱 2주가 걸렸습니다.
홈페이지에 4~8일 걸린다는 문구에 추가 설명이 있었다면 더 좋았을거같아요

After researching online, I judged that seeDNA's genetic testing service was highly reliable.

2. Customer service
I only made an inquiry via KakaoTalk, but the reply was prompt.

3. Testing fee
Looking at the price alone it feels expensive, but I think it is reasonable for undergoing a test that cannot be done in Korea.

4. Testing speed
This was the most disappointing point. I applied for the express test, but unfortunately it coincided with a Japanese public holiday, so it took exactly two weeks.
I think it would have been better if there had been an additional explanation regarding the statement on the website that it takes 4 to 8 days.
