I searched online and the reviews and other information looked good.

2. Customer service
When I sent an email I received a reply right away, and the quick response reassured me.

3. Testing fee
The blood test at 7 weeks and 2 days ended up requiring a re-test, but I was glad I could get a free re-test.
You also sent the re-test kit the same day, it arrived by noon the day after the re-test notice, and I was able to have blood drawn again within the next day.

4. Testing speed
The first test was reported on the final scheduled day, and the re-test was reported one day before the final scheduled day.
While waiting, there were times I wondered if it was ready yet, but considering that accurate testing takes a number of days, I think it was reasonable,
and actually rather speedy.

5. Result reporting
I received it within the scheduled period. Photos and other materials were also included, which was reassuring.
