To get straight to the point, I do not believe I can place any trust in this facility's testing system.
I requested testing at this facility twice, but after the tests my samples were not returned promptly, and it was only after I finally went so far as to say, "If you will not return them, this constitutes embezzlement," that they were at last returned to me.
The response was so insincere that I could not trust the test results, and I ended up requesting separate, additional testing from another testing company as well.
