I felt that both the email and phone support were good.

3. Testing fee
Considering everything overall, including the results and the service, I don't think it is expensive at all.

4. Testing speed
While I was waiting, the wait felt so long that I thought I would go crazy, but I received the result report on the scheduled final day.
Reviews on other sites say there is a high chance of a negative result if the report is late, but that was absolutely not the case.

Waiting without knowing what time the report would arrive put quite a bit of mental strain on me.
For the sake of those waiting for their report, I think it would be even better if there were a note stating something like "we will contact you by such-and-such time on the reporting day."
