1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
There was no place in Korea where a fetal test could officially be done, so honestly I had no trust in the seeDNA company at first.
However, after reading the company's blog, which was filled with information steadily posted over several years,
I began to consider going ahead with the test.

2. Customer service
As I mentioned, I had no sense of trust, so I had a great many questions, right down to the smallest details.
There was even a situation where I left out a test sample when sending it and had to receive shipping guidance all over again.
You always answered promptly, accurately, and kindly, and this is a part I am very satisfied with.

3. Testing fee
Because I went with the express test, an additional charge was also added.
I cannot say the price is cheap by any means.
Since there is no other option to choose from, I think it is something that couldn't be helped.

5. Result report
It was a difficult pregnancy that I thought would simply be a blessing, yet to end up having a fetal genetic test done
I never imagined a situation like this would arise in my life.
It seemed there was no way to deal with anything until the child was born,
but now that I have material that can clearly prove it, I feel that many things can be resolved, and I am truly relieved. Thank you.
