혹시나 검사대상체가 다른 사람거로 바껴 잘못 검사가 됐거나
한번의 검사로 결과가 나오는거니깐 재검했을때 결과가 달라지지 않는지 ..

지금 나온 결과를 믿고싶지만
검사오류로 잘못된 결과가 나올 수도 있다는 말들이 있어서
확실한 결과인지 궁금해서요~

문의해 주신 내용 답변드리겠습니다.

서 보내주신 검체에서 남성분의 DNA와 산모님의 혈액에서 문제없이 태아 DNA가 추출되었기에 친부계수 0%로 결과를 보고해 드렸습니다.

친부계수 0%로 혈연관계가 부정되는 경우에는 휴먼 에러에 의한 미스 판정을 없애기 위해서 더블 체크로 검사를 진행하였습니다. 모든 검사가 종료된 후에는 데이터 마이닝으로 랩에서 검사한 전체 피험자 데이터와 상호 비교하여 일치/불일치 건수를 확인합니다. 이때 검체의 뒤바뀜 또는 정확도의 문제로 기존 데이터 중에서 친부로 확인되는 케이스가 있다면 발견 가능하며 연간 4,000건 이상의 검사를 실시하지만, 단 한 건의 에러도 발견되지 않았습니다. 그러나, 해외에서는 친부계수 0%로 혈연관계가 부정된 경우 돌연변이, 키메라 등의 유전적 요인으로 인한 미스 판정 사례가 보고된 적이 있습니다만, 일본 연구소에서는 미스 판정 사례는 보고된 바 없습니다. 만일 당사의 실수로 검사 결과에 오류가 있을 경우 의뢰인이 지불한 검사 비용 전액 환불이 가능합니다.

99.99%의 친권계수는 검사의 신뢰도를 나타내는 것으로 100%에 근접하는 확률로 친자관계임을 뜻하는 유전학 용어입니다. 99.99%의 친권계수는 이론적으로 100%의 수치가 나오지 않을 뿐 가장 정확한 혈연관계를 의미합니다. 부2로 추정되는 남성을 검사에 참여하여 친권계수 99.99% 이상의 결과를 확인하는 것도 한 방법입니다. 추가로 검사를 원하실 경우 부추정2의 검체만 보내주시면 검사 가능합니다. 검사 비용의 50% 할인이 적용되며 스피드 검사 또한 무료로 진행해 드립니다.

Allow us to respond to the content of your inquiry.

Because the fetal DNA was extracted without any problem from the male's DNA in the sample you sent and from the mother's blood, we reported the result with a paternity probability of 0%.
When a biological relationship is denied with a paternity probability of 0%, we performed the test with a double check in order to eliminate misjudgment due to human error.
After all testing is complete, we use data mining to compare against the data of all the subjects tested in the lab and confirm the number of matches/mismatches.

At this time, if there were a case identified as the father within the existing data due to a sample mix-up or a problem with accuracy, it would be detectable, and although we conduct more than 4,000 tests per year, not a single error has been found.
However, overseas there have been cases reported of misjudgment due to genetic factors such as mutations or chimerism when a biological relationship was denied with a paternity probability of 0%, but at the Japanese laboratory no cases of misjudgment have been reported.

If, by mistake on our part, there is an error in the test result, a full refund of the testing fee paid by the client is possible.
A paternity probability of 99.99% indicates the reliability of the test and is a genetics term meaning that, with a probability close to 100%, there is a parent-child relationship. A paternity probability of 99.99% simply does not theoretically reach a value of 100%, but it signifies the most accurate biological relationship.
Having the man presumed to be Father 2 participate in the test and confirming a result with a paternity probability of 99.99% or higher is also one method.
