1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
　It was because it had an excellent reputation online.
　Many reviews like this were posted online, which
　was helpful, and I was reassured when I caught a glimpse
　of the fact that foreigners were also applying to submit
　samples for testing.

2. Customer service
　From application through to the results report, you carefully
　guided me step by step in detail by email, and you were
　punctual with the dates without any delays, so I was able to
　wait for the results with peace of mind.
　I felt the service was extremely courteous.
　
3. Testing fee
　When I applied, my impression was that it was a bit expensive,
　but from application to the results report you were so careful
　and I was satisfied, so I felt it was a fair price.

4. Testing speed
　Since you were not open on weekends and holidays, I found the
　wait tedious, but you contacted me each time, and although it
　ended up requiring a re-test, I was satisfied with the testing
　speed in that case as well.
　
5. Results report
　Because I had looked at how the results are written online in
　advance, I was able to read through them smoothly.
　I also thought the way the results were reported protected
　privacy well.
　
6. Other things that came to mind
　I was satisfied with the results, and I'm glad.
　I was unsure whether to submit for a re-test, but since you had
　handled everything so carefully up to that point, I'm glad I
　submitted for the re-test.
　I think the due date is decided fairly early on, but submitting
　after it has been determined avoids a re-test and lets you learn
　the results sooner, so I thought that was better.
