The reason we chose your company is that we felt the information provided on your website was trustworthy.
2. Customer service
The way you handled our inquiry felt very good. Rather than using a lot of technical jargon, you gave explanations that were easy for us to understand, which was great. My partner and I have been saying to each other how glad we are that we came here.
3. Testing fee
The fee is about the same as any other company, and if anything I think yours is on the reasonable side. It cannot be helped, but honestly it is expensive, isn't it.
4. Testing speed
There was no problem with the testing speed.
5. Results report
The results report was easy to understand, and I am satisfied with the content of the report.
However, this is just my personal feeling, but the content of this report was different from what I had expected... To be honest, I am confused. So much so that I feel like asking for a retest.
I understand in my head that I have to accept this as reality, but my feelings just can't catch up.
I thought I had prepared myself, but it is difficult.

at our company, when reporting test results, we confirm that there has been no mix-up of the samples.
Also, an additional test is possible.
If you apply within 7 business days from the date of the results report,
we can carry out an additional test of the alleged father (same person / different person) using a buccal (oral epithelial) sample for 33,000 yen (tax included).
In the case of a special sample, a special sample fee of 33,000 yen (tax included) will be added.
