1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
After searching online and comparing with other companies, I found that the fee was not particularly expensive,
and I heard that the number of pages in the report was greater than that of a certain other company... I also chose you based on word-of-mouth information.

2. Customer service
When I put my sample into the wrong envelope, you responded immediately.
You also replied with a pleasant message, and I am truly grateful.

3. Testing fee
Apparently there were cheaper options if I had looked harder, but after considering whether they could be trusted,
I chose this plan, and for me the price was affordable and welcome. I think it is a good price setting.

4. Testing speed
Yesterday (the 20th) I was contacted that the sample had arrived, and I received a further message saying the report was scheduled for the 28th,
but in reality you sent the report email in just one day. I think that is very fast.

5. Result report
The result was a happy one, but of course I have no way of knowing whether it is correct.
However, there was an explanation of the test's content in the form of a video and text, so I think it is trustworthy.

6. Other things I noticed
The cotton swabs for testing were placed in an aluminum envelope,
but I did not notice the sticker on the front indicating which sample it was, so I opened the envelope for the alleged father and used it on my child.
If "For alleged father" or the like had also been written large on the back of the envelope, I might have noticed.
Of course, it was my own oversight. Still, I was in a hurry. I am sorry.
Also, if I had watched the explanatory video carefully before opening the envelope, I probably would not have made such a mistake.
So, for example, if something like "Please be sure to watch the explanatory video before handling," or "The envelope for placing the sample is specified.
Please take care!" had been written in a prominent place in the notification email or on the website,
I might have noticed... is what I thought.

Also, I heard that there are systems that can clarify things such as one's ancestral roots from Africa, and which regions and races one has deep ties to.
If such a thing were available as an option, or as an add-on option later, I would be happy (since I am interested).
