1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
When I researched and compared prices online, I thought it was the most affordable.

2. Customer service
The phone support was polite, and every time I received accurate, convincing answers, so I thought it was very good.
I am also grateful for the prompt handling of the shipping method.

3. Testing fees
The free re-testing for buccal (cheek cell) samples was very much appreciated, and since testing of special samples is not cheap either, I thought it would be nice if the re-testing were half price or so.
Also, regarding the case where you apply with a special sample and buccal cells are obtained, the 70% refund as a cancellation fee for the testing charge made me feel that I could apply right away if the refund amount were improved.

4. Testing speed
Since it seems that the results come out faster with express testing, I felt it would be helpful if standard testing were also 2 or 3 days faster in delivering results, because in the case of a re-test, obtaining the sample and the various subsequent procedures could then be done sooner.

5. Reporting of results
I do not know whether the content is good or bad, but sending the document as an image was helpful because I could share it and put it into written form.

6. Other things I noticed, etc.
Thanks to the phone and email support, I was able to wait for the test results with little anxiety.
