I was glad to receive the report without any problems.

6. Other things I noticed
(1) The instructions on how to collect the sample were easy to understand.
(2) When sending the application form, consent form, and sample, there was no explanation that these should be placed in the envelope together, so
I did wonder just slightly, "Is anything missing?"
(3) I wrote my name on the bag containing the sample, but I was a little concerned about how personal information is handled.
