Regarding the questionnaire.
(1) When I researched various DNA testing companies, seeDNA's information was the easiest to understand, and since many people actually request testing with seeDNA, I chose it too.
(2) I asked several questions by email, and each time you replied promptly, which gave me, as the client, great peace of mind. Your phone support was also thorough, and you explained things over and over until I understood, which relieved my anxiety.
(3) Since I requested prenatal testing, the fee is certainly not cheap—though I suppose that depends on each person's values. But I trusted that you would do a thorough test to match that price, so it wasn't a burden. I have no regrets.
(4) I requested the express test, and the results arrived on the very day they were scheduled to be reported, so my anxiety was resolved as quickly as possible.
(5) I was able to receive the affirmative result I had hoped for. Now I can give birth without worry. Thank you.
(6) In the test data of the results report, two initials were listed side by side in the columns for the fetus and the alleged father. How should I compare and read the fetus and the alleged father here? Some of the fetus's and alleged father's initials don't match—is that a problem?
Also, "+" was written in the column next to the alleged father—what does this mean?
When an affirmative result of 99.9999999% is given, is it certain that there was absolutely no contamination from other DNA?
Please reply whenever you have time.
Thank you very much.

We would like to answer your inquiry below.
> Two initials were listed side by side in the columns for the fetus and the alleged father.
How should I compare and read the fetus and the alleged father here?
> Some of the fetus's and alleged father's initials don't match—is that a problem?
> Also, "+" was written in the column next to the alleged father—what does this mean?
The far left of the report shows the name of a specific location on the DNA called an SNP.
The fetus inherits half of its DNA from the father and half from the mother.
If the fetus is AA and the alleged father is AG, then the fetus has inherited the A from the alleged father, which is a consistent result of "+".
When a biological relationship is confirmed, "+" is basically seen at all of the examined locations.
Note that the report indicates the locations that derive from the alleged father.
> When an affirmative result of 99.9999999% is given, is it certain that there was absolutely no contamination from other DNA?
If a mixture of DNA is observed,
the result would not be an affirmation or denial, but rather a notice for retesting.
The fact that a result was obtained means that DNA was successfully extracted from the specimen without any problem.
