→ I chose the company based on whether it was frequently selected and the number of questions asked about it on Q&A sites (such as Yahoo! Chiebukuro and Mamari).

2. Customer service
→ Both before and after the test, you answered promptly and politely. Since the person in charge changed multiple times within a single exchange, I felt slightly uneasy only about that, but I understand it was handled that way as a result of prioritizing speed.

3. Testing fee
→ It is somewhat expensive, but I think it is either appropriate or a little cheap for the going rate. (I declined this time, but some options come with a free postnatal test.)

4. Testing speed
→ I did not add the express test option, but even so I received the results in the shortest time.
