This is an email from a customer in Kanagawa Prefecture who used our parent-child DNA testing service on December 8, 2021.

Thank you very much for your help this time. When it comes to DNA testing, I had the impression myself that it was something with a bit of a shadowy side, like some kind of background investigation, but once I actually requested it, I came to feel that it wasn't really like that at all.

Thanks to you, I was able to confirm things clearly this time, so I was able to resolve something that had been bothering me for many years.

I am sending my responses to the survey below.

1. Reason for choosing seeDNA
The explanations on your site were more thorough than those of other analysis vendors, and it seemed there was a high possibility of detection even with special samples.

2. Customer service
You also consulted with me over the phone before I made my request, and even then you explained things carefully, which gave me a good impression.

3. Testing fee
I think it is a little on the expensive side, but considering that it is not yet widely available, I also feel that it can't be helped.

4. Testing speed
I am satisfied.

5. Results report
I thought a report by email was sufficient. I think page 4 is the key part, so I would be glad if you could make that part easier to understand.

6. Other things I noticed, etc.
This overlaps with the above, but I thought it would be good if it were made easier to understand whether it is a same-person determination or a different-person determination.
