The first test took a long time and I made a complaint, but you handled it politely and I felt your sincerity.

> 2. Testing fee
Since it is not yet widely available, it feels expensive, but considering the ethical aspects, isn't it reasonable?

The testing itself was fine and as announced, but honestly I wish it could be faster.
Regarding prenatal blood, wouldn't it save the trouble of a re-test if you set it to a reliable period, such as after 9 weeks?

For the first test, I was told that results could not be obtained, and although it was within the express testing period, I received them the following Monday after the weekend, so it took a little time. In such cases too, I would like to receive them promptly.

You introduced me to a medical institution in Ibaraki Prefecture, but both said it was "their first time drawing blood for a DNA test."
The medical institution for the re-test handled things smoothly, but both struggled with the blood not flowing into the test tube.
It would help if you could coordinate a little more closely with the medical institutions.
