One thing I was curious about: the results were to be reported within a range of 〇 to 〇 days, as I was told at the start,
and while I did receive the report just barely on the final day, I imagine the number of days could be extended if any issues arise during testing.
Given that, when the report just barely made it on the final day, I wondered whether you used the full number of days right up to that day to conduct the testing,
or whether the results were actually ready sooner but held back until that day, or whether the number of days the testing takes is the same for everyone...
I was a little curious about what kind of judgment goes into telling us the testing will take 〇 to 〇 days.

I was grateful that you contacted me within the deadline you had told me in advance, and that it was easy to understand.

It would have been even better if you had included an explanation of how to read the results report sheet, and so on.
