[Parent-Child DNA Test] \"I am quite surprised by these results\"
2021.10.29
This is an email received on October 28, 2021 from a customer in Shizuoka Prefecture who used our DNA parentage (paternity) test (private).
Thank you for your assistance.
I am quite surprised by these results.
Were the DNA samples properly collected from both the father-in-law and the child? (Or was only food residue collected, for example?)
Response from seeDNA
Thank you for your inquiry.
The fact that we were able to report the results means that DNA was successfully extracted from each sample without any problems.
If the amount of DNA required for testing had been insufficient, we would not have been able to produce results and a resubmission of the sample would have been necessary.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you very much.
