On January 29, 2021, we received the following email from a customer in Tokyo.
I'm sorry for asking so many questions. Thanks to you, I got a positive result and I feel relieved. I feel like I can take a step forward. Even though I asked so many questions, you answered each one carefully every time, and I felt that yours is a company I can trust. It's my own fault, but I was anxious about getting a DNA test itself, and I didn't even know which company to choose for the testing, so I'm glad it was a company I could entrust it to with peace of mind. The only disappointment was that even though I requested the speed testing, the result didn't come out in two days. Before the test, I had been told that if it arrived on Wednesday morning, the result would be ready on Friday, so... But still, I'm glad the result came out without any trouble.
