This is an email from a customer who used our prenatal DNA testing service.

On September 18, 2020, we received the following email from a customer in Okayama Prefecture.

To the see DNA representative,

Thank you for your continued support.
I have confirmed the results.
Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Regarding the fact that the sample of alleged father 2 could not be tested,
it is currently difficult to resubmit a sample.
Could you please advise me
on what would happen in such a case?

If you decline to have alleged father 2 retested, upon your request we will report the result
as "unable to determine."

The validity period for testing is one year, so as long as the test is completed within that period, testing is possible even if you submit the sample at a later time.
