This is an email from a customer who used our prenatal DNA testing.

On May 13, 2020, we received an email from a customer in Osaka Prefecture with the following content.

I am sorry for repeatedly making rude inquiries.
Given the circumstances at the time I became pregnant, I myself believe that this testing result is surely correct, but I was anxious about what I would do if there happened to be even a 1% chance of an error. (I have a worrying nature to begin with...)

Although I had the additional alleged father tested by falsely claiming he was the same person as the previous alleged father, I was finally able to feel relieved when I received the result showing that he was a different person.

I also felt that the people at your company understand both the fact that professionals carried out the DNA testing, and that this is a test that affects one's life, so there must never be any error.

I may perhaps become anxious again.
However, since 99.99% is an unshakable fact, I will try to trust it.
