This is an email from a customer who used our DNA parentage test.

On March 18, 2020, we received the following email from a customer in Shizuoka Prefecture.

To seeDNA

Paternity test
******

Thank you very much for your prompt response this time.
I got the result I was hoping for and feel very relieved.

I have one question: will the test results still come out even if one of the two samples could not be collected sufficiently?
I requested a paternity test, but since my child is still a newborn and I collected the buccal (oral epithelial) sample myself, I was worried about whether it was collected sufficiently... Does the fact that a result came out mean that it was collected properly?
