This is an email from a customer who used our Prenatal DNA Testing service.

On December 26, 2019, we received an email with the following content from a customer in Toyama Prefecture.

To the person in charge

Thank you very much for handling the testing and results report so promptly this time.
I am sincerely grateful.

I had a question, so I am sending you this email.

This time the result came out with a 0% probability of paternity affirmation for the alleged father, but going forward, would it be possible to submit a sample from a new, second alleged father and have another prenatal DNA test done?
It would be helpful if you could reuse the mother's sample and the blood already drawn and submitted previously—is that possible?

If these are possible, it would help if you could also tell me about any additional fees involved in that case.

I am sorry for the trouble, but thank you very much in advance.

If you place an order within 7 business days from the results report date, we accept it as an addition of a test subject.
Since the analysis of the mother's oral epithelium and blood has already been completed, you only need to submit the alleged father's sample.

>If these are possible, it would help if you could also tell me about any additional fees involved in that case.

If the alleged father's sample is submitted as oral epithelium, we accept it for ¥33000 (tax included).
