Your handling of everything this time was flawless.
I was anxious every day until the results came out, but I felt truly relieved with the good result.
What I thought this time was that I placed the kit order without understanding the content on the Web (the types of samples for testing) myself,
and I got the amount wrong, which caused you trouble. I'm sorry about that.
It seemed a little hard to understand.
Regarding this daily anxiety, I felt that if you could send one more email about the progress status
between the scheduled result reporting date and the result notification,
it would help calm the heart while waiting for the results that are coming soon.
Other people might find it annoying, though...
