On March 26, 2019, we received an email with the following content from a customer in Kyoto Prefecture.

Dear **** ,

Thank you for the DNA testing this time.


Even though this situation was of my own doing, I worried every day and was at a complete loss.
I am grateful that I was able to make my request here and that you handled it so carefully.
If there had been no place where I could have such testing done
I would have spent my days simply carrying a vague sense of anxiety.

The result was exactly what I had hoped for, and I was truly relieved.
