I was able to receive the results report even sooner than I had expected, and I am deeply grateful. I am well aware that I myself was the cause of this situation coming to pass, and I spent every day in regret and self-loathing, but I got through it holding on to a small hope in your company's results report. I am grateful beyond what words can express.
