Now I can go to pick up my Mother and Child Health Handbook with peace of mind.

and the person on the phone provided such courteous and attentive service that it put me completely at ease.

I had been carrying this worry that I could not tell anyone all by myself, so there were days when I felt it was truly hard to bear, but
after requesting the test through your company and learning the results, I sincerely feel that I was truly glad I made the request.
