From the application stage until today I was anxious and emailed you many times, but each time you responded politely and it was very reassuring.
In my case, because it was a special specimen, I was worried that even with the express testing I might not receive the results by the end of the year...
However, you reported back to me in the shortest possible time, and on top of that the result was exactly what I had hoped for, so I am truly relieved.
