From the day I first made my inquiry up until today, you have handled everything promptly and courteously, and I am very grateful.
There were so many things I didn't understand, and even when I asked questions many times by email, you kindly and thoughtfully explained things to me, which was very reassuring.
This was something difficult to talk to anyone about, so I am relieved to have been able to clarify various matters.

It was only for a short while, but you were a tremendous help to me.
