This is an email to a customer who used our prenatal DNA testing service.
On November 16, 2018, we replied to the customer with the following content.

In producing the results this time, we used the DNA data of all three parties: the mother, the fetus, and the father.
And when we compared and analyzed the data of these three parties, there were no mismatched points, which led to the results this time.
If a mix-up had occurred with the mother or the father, it would not be possible to obtain a result of 99.99%.
For that reason, we hope that you, ****, can rest assured.
Also, as we mentioned in our previous email, if *** wishes to have testing done after birth,
we will perform the postnatal DNA testing free of charge, so please contact us if you would like it.
