An email from a customer who used our Prenatal DNA Testing service.

On September 3, 2018, we received the following email from a female customer in Tokyo.

Thank you for the results report.
Having the DNA test done put my mind greatly at ease. Thank you so much for your help this time.

The email correspondence was also handled carefully and thoroughly every step of the way, which gave me a sense of reassurance.

There was just one point where the handover may not have gone through: even though I had informed you that the alleged father would be changed, the consent form was not included when the re-testing kit was sent, which caused a delay. That was the only disappointing part.
There was no apology regarding it either, and despite telling you I was in a hurry, there was no alternative such as a PDF offered, so that one point was disappointing.

As for the rest of the service, I was very satisfied.
