On January 28, 2016, we received the following email from a client residing in Tokyo who had requested a DNA test.

I apologize for the late reply.
I have confirmed the test results.
I was worried about a possible re-test, but I am glad the results came out without any problems.
I am grateful that you were able to test it so quickly.
I have just one question: what does "cannot be excluded as the biological father of the fetus" mean?
I understood that the result shows a 99% probability of being the child's father, but I could not understand only the meaning of the above.
