As currently reported in the news, a system trouble has occurred with "Mitsubishi UFJ Bank Corporate Internet Banking,"
and we are currently unable to confirm payments from customers who transferred testing fees to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.
For customers who transferred funds to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank between 15:00 on Friday, June 28 and 12:00 on Monday, July 1, we are shipping test kits
as they are confirmed, but for transfers made after 12:00 on Monday, July 1, confirmation and kit shipment may not be possible today.
Customers who transferred funds to Mitsubishi UFJ Bank after 12:00 (noon) on Monday, July 1, please contact us.
For customers who are about to make a transfer and wish to have their test kit shipped urgently, please transfer funds to our Japan Post Bank (Yucho Bank) account instead.
