Testing operations and sample reception will be suspended from Saturday, December 27, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026, and phone/email support and shipping of sample collection kits will be suspended from Tuesday, December 30, 2025 to Saturday, January 3, 2026. Normal business operations resume on Monday, January 5, 2026.

When is the final day for sample reception this year?

Friday, December 26 is the final day of sample reception for this year. Samples arriving after 12:00 PM on Friday, December 26 will be treated as received on Monday, January 5.

By when should I complete the blood draw and mail my sample?

Please complete your blood draw by Thursday, December 25 and mail it the same day. If it is difficult to complete your blood draw by Thursday, December 25, please perform the blood draw on or after Monday, January 5, 2026 and return it to us.
