In preparation for the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), which has been designated a specified infectious disease by the Japanese government, seeDNA Inc. has shared the following measures with all employees, with the aim of maintaining business continuity and ensuring the safety of our employees, their families, our customers, and all other stakeholders.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to visiting customers and business partners, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Daily gargling and hand washing practiced routinely, along with thorough alcohol disinfection and cleaning of shared areas within the office
→ All employees and visitors are required to disinfect their hands with alcohol upon entering the building.
2. Wearing masks indoors
→ Masks are worn at all times as much as possible to prevent cluster infections (masks are mandatory whenever staff members speak with one another).
3. Non-contact thermometer installed at the company entrance
→ Anyone, whether employee or non-employee, who is suspected of infection or shows symptoms is prohibited from entering. In addition, employees undergo temperature checks daily, and anyone with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is prohibited from coming to work.
4. Ventilation of office space
→ Air purifiers equipped with HEPA filters have been introduced.
5. Refraining from unnecessary outings / maintaining social distancing
→ Employee social gatherings involving food and drink are strictly prohibited.
In addition, for candidates who have applied to our job openings and advanced to the interview stage, we conduct interviews via Skype and similar tools.
In light of the current social situation, seeDNA Inc. requires all employees to have a correct understanding of infection prevention and to act with the self-awareness and responsibility expected of working professionals, in accordance with government policy.
