For all DNA testing orders placed with us, the testing kits are shipped and returned via the post office.
For prenatal testing, in consideration of the pregnancy involved, both outbound shipping and return are handled via registered express mail※. For other tests (such as general paternity testing), return shipping is handled via standard mail.
Since last October, the post office has announced the discontinuation of Saturday delivery for standard mail, and this year it has also announced a postponement of scheduled delivery dates to reduce the burden on postal workers. As a result, delivery is now taking longer than before.
If you are in a hurry to have your test conducted, we recommend using the "express delivery option" when placing your order.
