What Is the Healthy Workplace Support Program?
Interest in "health-focused management" — viewing employee health management from a management perspective to boost productivity and enhance corporate value — is growing among companies, and more and more companies are starting concrete initiatives.
This is a support program run by Adachi City, Tokyo, in which the city's public health nurses and registered dietitians support such companies, helping them work to maintain and promote employee health in order to improve productivity and quality.
Adachi City, Tokyo recognized our practice of building a healthy workplace with careful attention to employee health management, and awarded us certification under the "Healthy Workplace Support Program."
Going forward, all of our employees will continue to work together as one to promote employee health management and wellness, so that we can report the most accurate results with the best possible system in place.
