It would have cost less to wait until week 7 for the test

I wanted the results quickly, so I paid the extra fee to have the test done at 6 weeks, but it still ended up requiring a retest.
If that was going to happen, it would have cost less to just wait until week 7 for the test in the first place, and since that extra fee isn't refunded, it ended up being a wasted expense.
The cost of the blood draw for the retest is also borne by the customer, so it costs even more, and even if you decline, only 30% of the amount is refunded.
If you're in a hurry, you're better off getting tested at another company.
You'll get your results faster there.

Thank you very much for using our testing service and for sharing your feedback.
We sincerely apologize that, at a time when you were anxious to receive your results quickly, the outcome required a retest, causing you great anxiety and understandably shaking your trust in us.
The reason for the retest was not a testing error, but rather that the amount of fetal DNA contained in the maternal blood sample was insufficient to produce an accurate test result.
The amount of fetal DNA contained in the blood varies from person to person, and even with blood drawn at 6 weeks of pregnancy or later, a retest may sometimes be necessary.
For this reason, we offer a free retest and a partial refund guarantee for customers whose blood is drawn at 6 weeks of pregnancy or later.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us.
We will continue to take our customers' feedback seriously as we work to improve our testing accuracy and service quality.
